Most of what we do and get done everyday might be based on our habits.Having good habit is goods, more good habits is better. I am glad that recently I start developing some new habit that bring my life better and more energetic. I read more book, do more work out, wake up earlier than before, spend less time on some useless task and many other good business habit. Especially now I think more positive and worry less, much less than before.
Yep, forcing ourselves to change something can sound bad, but if we tell ourselves to do/develop new good habit it will sound easier to archive. Like what I think, 2013 is not a normal year for me. It is be far better than 2012. Yep 2012 sucks!
